Got the ringtones to the Mac itunes library, but itunes doesnt recognize them as ringtones. They have same extension as my current ringtones, but will not recognize them! Doesnt play them! Will not transfer them into the phone!

Can you offer some kind of support for those of us who cant get your ringtones on their iTunes/via email too? They dont even play much less import into the library.
